We take a 12" all beef frank, tuck it in flaky puff pastry, and then slice it on a bias. New twist to an old favorite!

DO NOT DEFROST. Bake in 425°F preheated convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Oven temperatures vary … adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard unused cooked portion.
