Mushroom crowns filled with imitation crab meat and chives, mixed with a delicate Velloute sauce, brushed with butter and sprinkled with flavored breadcrumbs.

DO NOT DEFROST. Bake in preheated 375°F. convection oven 15 TO 16 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F with an 18 second hold time. Oven temperatures vary … adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard unused cooked portion.
