Lean ground beef mixed with bleu cheese and seasonings formed into a meatball wrapped in lean, mildly smoked bacon.

COOK BEFORE SERVING. DO NOT DEFROST. Bake in preheated 400°F convection oven for 6-8 minutes until bacon is crisp. Turning over once. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F. NOTE: Due to variances in oven regulators, cooking time and temperature may require adjustments.
