An imitation crabmeat blend with cream cheese and Oriental flavorings in an egg roll skin, hand formed into a pouch. Partially deep fried.

Deep fry in 350°F. vegetable oil for 3 TO 3.5 minutes OR Bake in preheated 350° F. convection oven for 6 TO 7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F after a hold time of 18 seconds. Oven temperatures vary … adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard unused cooked portion.
