A traditional empanada dough filled with beef, braised & shredded then mixed with Manchego cheese, peppers, onions, salsa & seasonings.

DO NOT DEFROST. Deep fry at 350°F for 4.5 minutes. Or bake on a 400°F preheated convection oven for 10 TO 12 minutes. Oven temperatures vary … adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard unused cooked portion. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
