A traditional empanada filled with lean ground beef, onions, green olives, raisins, salsa & spices. Enfolded in your choice of Masa dough or puff pastry.

DO NOT DEFROST. PREFERRED METHOD - Deep fry in 350°F vegetable oil for 4.5 minutes. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS - For best results first brush with egg wash, then bake at 400°F for 9 TO 10 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Oven temperatures vary … adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard unused cooked portion.
